1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by RiabiDibil English Learning (ABN: 12 345 678 901, RTO Code: 12345), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website (riabidibil.com), educational services, courses, and related offerings ("Services"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
RiabiDibil English Learning provides:
- English language courses and training programs
- IELTS preparation and test preparation services
- Business English and professional communication training
- Academic English support and university preparation
- Online and in-person educational resources
- Educational assessment and progress tracking
3. Eligibility and Registration
3.1 Age Requirements
Our services are available to individuals who are at least 16 years of age. Participants under 18 must have parental or guardian consent to enroll in our courses.
3.2 Registration Process
To access our services, you must:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
3.3 Visa and Legal Status
International students must ensure they have appropriate visa status to study in Australia. We are not responsible for visa applications or immigration advice.
4. Course Enrollment and Fees
4.1 Course Enrollment
Course enrollment is subject to:
- Availability of places in the requested course
- Meeting prerequisite requirements and language levels
- Payment of applicable fees and deposits
- Completion of required documentation and assessments
4.2 Fees and Payment
All fees are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include:
- Course tuition fees as specified in the course information
- Registration and administration fees where applicable
- Material fees for course resources and textbooks
- Assessment and certification fees
4.3 Payment Terms
- Course fees must be paid in full before course commencement unless payment plan arrangements are made
- Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods
- Late payment fees may apply for overdue accounts
- All fees are non-transferable between individuals
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
5.1 Cooling-off Period
Students have 10 working days from enrollment to cancel their course for a full refund, provided the course has not commenced and no training materials have been provided.
5.2 Withdrawal Before Course Commencement
- More than 4 weeks before start: Full refund minus $100 administration fee
- 2-4 weeks before start: 75% refund
- Less than 2 weeks before start: 50% refund
- Less than 1 week before start: No refund
5.3 Withdrawal After Course Commencement
Refunds for withdrawal after course commencement are calculated on a pro-rata basis:
- Refund = (Unattended portion of course / Total course duration) × Course fee
- Minimum retention of 20% of total course fees
- No refund if more than 50% of course has been completed
5.4 Compassionate Circumstances
Special consideration for refunds may be given in cases of:
- Serious illness or injury (medical certificate required)
- Death of immediate family member
- Visa refusal or cancellation
- Other exceptional circumstances beyond student control
6. Student Responsibilities and Conduct
6.1 Academic Responsibilities
Students are expected to:
- Attend classes regularly and punctually
- Complete assignments and assessments as required
- Participate actively in learning activities
- Meet course progression requirements
- Notify instructors of any difficulties affecting performance
6.2 Code of Conduct
Students must:
- Treat all staff, fellow students, and visitors with respect
- Maintain appropriate behavior in all learning environments
- Respect intellectual property rights
- Comply with health and safety regulations
- Not engage in academic dishonesty or plagiarism
6.3 Disciplinary Action
Violations of our code of conduct may result in:
- Verbal or written warnings
- Temporary suspension from classes
- Permanent exclusion from the course
- Reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate
7. Our Responsibilities and Limitations
7.1 Service Provision
We commit to:
- Providing quality education services as described in course materials
- Employing qualified and experienced instructors
- Maintaining appropriate learning facilities and resources
- Supporting student learning and progress
- Complying with relevant educational standards and regulations
7.2 Service Limitations
We cannot guarantee:
- Specific learning outcomes or test scores
- Employment opportunities or visa approvals
- Admission to other educational institutions
- Continuous availability of all services
7.3 Course Changes
We reserve the right to:
- Modify course content, schedules, or delivery methods
- Cancel courses with insufficient enrollment
- Replace instructors when necessary
- Relocate classes to alternative venues
Students will be notified of significant changes and offered alternatives where possible.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Our Intellectual Property
All course materials, content, trademarks, and intellectual property remain the property of RiabiDibil English Learning. Students may use materials for personal study only and may not:
- Reproduce or distribute materials without permission
- Use materials for commercial purposes
- Modify or create derivative works
- Remove copyright or trademark notices
8.2 Student Work
Students retain ownership of their original work but grant us permission to:
- Use student work for assessment and feedback purposes
- Showcase exemplary work for promotional purposes (with consent)
- Maintain records for quality assurance and accreditation
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using our services, you consent to our privacy practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 Liability Limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RiabiDibil English Learning's liability is limited to:
- The total amount paid by the student for the specific service
- Re-supply of the service or refund of fees paid
10.2 Excluded Damages
We are not liable for:
- Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
- Loss of income, profits, or business opportunities
- Personal injury unless caused by our negligence
- Third-party actions or services
11. Dispute Resolution

If internal resolution is unsuccessful, students may:
- Contact the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA)
- Access ombudsman services where applicable
- Seek legal advice or mediation
- Pursue resolution through appropriate tribunals
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
13. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting updated terms on our website. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled students via email or other appropriate means. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
